Here’s a macro shot from October of rudbeckia a/k/a black-eyed susans. Beautiful flower. I’ve mentioned that they are very photogenic indeed, and really they do seem to be showing off for the camera here.

Yes, I desaturated it – I LOVE playing with saturation, white balance, vibrance, exposure, brightness, contrast and clarity -one photo can have hundreds & hundreds of combinations. It’s hard finding just the right one sometimes.
