It’s a shame the blooms last such a short time. We had terrible rain storms take the blooms away after such a short appearance. Great capture in B&W. I love how the branches enter and exit the frame here.
I agree Kala…. this one should be framed….i love the black silhouettes of the branches and then the exquisite detail in the flower petals ….peter:)

Our magnolias are long gone, but they are beautiful when they do flower. The yellows in this photo are an interesting accent and make me slow down and study the patterns.
